By browsing our website, requesting a quotation, or confirming an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Products and Specifications<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

KENT is a building materials manufacturer established in 1990 in Foshan, China. Our product range includes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Interior Doors<\/strong> \u2013 wooden doors, UPVC doors, aluminum alloy doors, stainless steel doors, and related solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Windows & Doors<\/strong> \u2013 casement windows, sliding windows, sliding doors, swing doors, and other aluminum systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • \u67d4\u6027\u77f3\u6750<\/strong> \u2013 flexible imitation stone decorative materials for interior and exterior applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Wall Panels<\/strong> \u2013 WPC wall panels, decorative grilles, UV boards, and integrated wall decoration systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Product specifications, colors, finishes, and dimensions are subject to confirmation through official quotations and approved drawings. Custom OEM\/ODM projects are produced according to the buyer’s approved specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    4. Quotations and Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    All quotations are provided based on the information you submit, including project drawings, quantities, and specifications. A quotation is valid for the period stated therein and does not constitute a binding contract until a purchase order is confirmed in writing by both parties. Order confirmation is subject to final specification review and mutually signed proforma invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    5. Pricing and Payment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Prices are quoted in the currency agreed upon in the proforma invoice and exclude freight, insurance, and import duties unless otherwise specified. We accept T\/T (bank transfer) and L\/C (letter of credit) as well as other common international payment methods. Payment terms, including deposit and balance, are defined in the proforma invoice for each order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    6. Customization (OEM & ODM)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For customized projects, buyers are responsible for providing accurate sizes, colors, structures, and hardware requirements. Once production drawings are approved and confirmed, any modification may incur additional cost and lead time. KENT is not liable for dimensional errors arising from inaccurate buyer-provided information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. Production and Lead Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Typical production lead time is approximately 15\u201335 days depending on product type and customization level. Lead times are estimates and begin after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. KENT will notify the buyer of any material delay as soon as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Shipping and Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Goods are carefully packed, typically in wooden cases, for global shipment. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, etc.) are specified in the proforma invoice. Risk of loss passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms. The buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, and local transportation unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Inspection and Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Each product is inspected before shipment. Buyers should inspect goods upon arrival and submit any quality or quantity claims with supporting photos or documents within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10. Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    All product designs, drawings, catalogues, trademarks, and website content remain the intellectual property of KENT or its licensors. Buyers may not reproduce, redistribute, or use KENT materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Custom designs developed for a specific buyer remain confidential per the agreed contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, KENT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the products directly concerned in the confirmed order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13. Governing Law<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from these terms or related transactions shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, it shall be submitted to the competent court in Foshan, Guangdong, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
